He was efficient but not hurried. He explained the job thoroughly, answered all our questions, worked with us to get the best job for the best price and even welcomed my husband to the roof while the work was ongoing! Eddie is a young, knowledgeable and hard working small business owner and we are most pleased with the results on our roof. The clean up was impeccable too!

Workmanship integrity is questionable. 'Failed local Village new roof inspection several times. We had workmanship issues 8 months after their installation and we had to complain at length to get them to finally come out and remediate their installation issues. After waiting over 5 months, they finally arrived just before having to send formal complaints to IDFPR and BBB.

Would recommend Eddie's exteriors to friends and family. Very professional, responsive and at fair prices. Him and his team wasted no time to get the job done and it was of very high quality. If any work should arise in the future, I would use their services again.
