I called this company awhile back to ask about drilling my well deeper in hopes of increasing the yield. Bob asked a few general questions about the depth of my well, then quickly told me it was too deep to drill further and that I’d need to install a completely new well. When I mentioned that he was the only one who had suggested a full replacement, his attitude changed and he became rude and aggressive. I ended up calling American Drilling instead. They came out the very next week, deepened my well, and got it producing more water without any issues.

We had a lot of water on the floor in laundry room and bathroom. Called Burgess Drilling and they came out immediately on Saturday morning and replaced the well tank and cleaned everything up and got us back with water. We would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend Burgess Drilling. We hired them to install a 600-gallon water storage system because they offered a very competitive price. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. From the start, the job felt rushed, and the workmanship was sloppy. Piping and wiring were run with little care — the piping wasn’t anchored to the wall, and electrical tape was used to hold sections of pipe together. These pipes now shake aggressively when the pumps cycle on and off, and I fully expect future leaks due to vibration and wear. We had a leak from one of the tank valves immediately after the install. While they did return to tighten the fittings, the leak persists. Not long after that, we discovered our pressure tank was slowly losing pressure due to another leak — this time from an outdoor f
