Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have called 5 times to try to speak with Mark to ask him questions regarding an inspection. I keep not being able to connect with him as I am able to make phone calls with my children at home and us being very sick. I’m told I can only converse via email and I asked why I couldn’t just get my questions answered since we are trying to close on a house for 5 months. Pam was rude as can be and responded, “I’ve been trying to get ahold of you for 2 weeks!” (Not actually true) I guess we can just keep not closing on this house while they dance around answering my questions.

Spoke to Liz over the phone about having a leaky shower head looked at. She scheduled to have Jeremy come out on my day off, which was perfect. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. The communication and service is always top notch. I appreciate you.

Asked for an estimate over the phone and was told the job wouldnt exceed $250. They then billed my card on file for $500 without discussing anything with me beforehand. Do not trust these people. I called and explained if I knew it was going to be that much is wouldnt have agreed. They sold me that's too bad and charged the card anyway even though the estimator clearly stated they wouldnt not charge over $250 for the entire job.

Prompt. Listened very carefully to my problem. You were sending someone next day. Next day, the hot water problem resolved itself. Your end canceled it's appt. Thanks were given on both sides. I'm very reassured that your help will be there when needed.

The two young men that came to look at our hot water tank were very polite and easy to talk with and knowledgeable about the tank.
