I was thoroughly amazed at the beautifully finished results. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Also, the care and cleanliness taken during and after the completion of the project went above and beyond. Every single employee involved, showed the upmost respect and patience. I now have the most exquisite carpeted living room and stairs. And the most amazing LVP kitchen floor and hall. This place was highly recommended and the products are good quality however the installers are horrible. We ended up with a crushed air vent, gaps in the trim and transition strip, and our second floor doors have been chipped up and not hung level. One of the doors don’t even latch. No attempt to correct the issues which is very disappointing. The carpenter that came out to work on the doors was very vocal I’m not getting the flooring job but will start cleaning up the door problem from the last installers. That led us to believe the quality was not going good, and that was exactly the outcome. We didn’t anticipate spending so much money to have people damage our new home. Awesome experience! They have large sections of the laminate planks (they have in stock) laid out on floor & walls. Excellent choices. Competitive prices. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Clean building. Received flooring within 2 weeks of ordering. Gentlemen who installed floor were clean, hardworking & friendly. They did not rush through the job. Our floor is beautiful!

Update: Joe and Bob have addressed my issues and I was NOT charged further. I will recommend them but make sure communication about what you want is possible and clearly fleshed out before the work starts. To the primary installer crew I am not naming you so as not to hurt you in any way, this was a miscommunication, not a reflection on you and your work. Thanks to all for resolving this.
