Burke Construction is the only company I use. In stalled new water heater 2010 re did my main bathroom and installed new doors through out my house. 2013 new roof new gutters cleaned and repaired both my chimneys redid the outside of my home that had not been done since 1959 Looks like a brand new home. Re roofed a carport and redid my deck. Also some small things that needed repairs. 2014 new furnace door locks and attic and wall insulation. My go to guy. Can go from ground up with out contracting out. Respectful of your home. Trust him all the way.

Hiring Burke Construction was the worst decision. He says his fee is 50. an hour and brought a disabled boy and dog and charged 100 an hour for “two workers.” He was given a list of repairs and a key as it was in disrepair after rental. He chose to paint and cut new baseboards. He charged $8,000 for painting 5 rooms in 10 days. He used substandard paint over designer paints. He used “builders beige” a color I did not want. I’d told him I didn’t want paint or that color. His itemized bill was fiction. I didn’t live in the home and on return he left and filed a lien. For those that are victims of this person/company, file with the WA Attorney General and on his Labor and Industry license. He won’t go to dispute resolution.
