I recently noticed some oil droplets and immediateyl panicked and was fortunate to reach Angela in sales who worked expeditiously to get me an appt as soon as possible and also stopped any scheduled deliveries until the tank was replaced. Today my tank was replaced with rhe roth 1000l 275 gallon tank and I can't say enough about the installers. Guys were professional, explained everything to me and left my basement looking the same it was before they started. I now have some piece of mind and a great new tank While it was a little pricey i now have a great tank and a 30 year guarantee. The company is fortunate to have Angela and this installation team. He also helped walk me through the process and ensured that I was happy with the installation. Chris and Jay, from the install crew are a great! Clean and efficient. They were done in one day! I had a great experience with Mike Carpenter from Burke, who came to look at my home for a whole house heat pump. He was very polite and genuinely not pushy, which I really appreciated after dealing with other companies. Unlike everyone else who only just pushed heat pumps, he suggested a hybrid system and gave solid, realistic reasons not to depend on a single energy source. It's rare to find someone in sales that doesn't seem to have a hidden agenda and really cares. We have always been happy with Burke. We get our oil and annual service contract through them. The technicians are always pleasure to deal with as well!

I recently had a new boiler installed to replace an old Burnham that was 30+ years old. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Mike C. walked me through the process & answered my questions. I appreciated his diligence, patience & knowledge. I had shopped around & while Burke was not the cheapest, they did offer financing & a guarantee on the work. My past experience with Burke has been favorable as they’ve never let me run out of oil, which happened last year with a different company. Needless to say, I switched back to Burke this year. I would also like to mention that Burke has shown up at my home to fix my old boiler as late as 7pm when I thought no one was coming. You are super heroes in my book!
