The customer service person Jessica was very helpful and courteous. The two young men that was sent over who installed the water heater gave excellent service cleaned up nice the water heater looks so good. The price was great if anyone needs a new water heater I highly recommend Burke and Sons plumbing and heating. The service was fast and done with expertise. Now I can enjoy a nice hot shower! 💦

Had a great experience with Burke and Son's Plumbing. I was happy to hear that the Burke sons still make house visits so Jessica sent over Mark Burke and Brayden. Everything went according to plan to have my water heater expansion tank and T&P valve replaced and hook up a sink disposal. They were quick, professional, and prices were fair. Definitely a family owned business!

They respond quickly by phone, and they show up promptly. Seems like no job is too small. The guys are friendly, optimistic, and work quickly (but don't seem rushed either). The price seems comparable to other companies for basic jobs. I will definitely continue to use them.

Another 5 Star review for Burke and Sons. Brett and Caleb replaced our toilet - showed up 45 minutes early and got the job done in a timely manner. They were efficient and professional. Even took away the box that the toilet came in that we had purchased- which was helpful and great!!!! Prior to this Matt had come out on the weekend in an emergency visit and showed up within a half hour. He replaced our valve and was helpful with all the questions we had!!!! Always highly recommend!!!!
