Elm Park Flooring

We absolutely LOVE Elm Park Floors! This is our fourth job with them, they never disappoint. From sitting down and trying to figure out logistics & aesthetics with Julie & Luis to installation & cleanup the entire project was top notch. Installation team was incredible they are fast, efficient and want you to be happy. The job looks fabulous and I can’t say enough for them vacuuming themselves out the door when they were finished. You may pay a bit more than the national companies, but you are supporting a small local business- if something goes wrong, you have a real person to call and people that actually care about making it right. Not only that but the quality of what they offer is much better. Truly if you need flooring, this is where you need to go.

Very happy with Elm Park Flooring. We had wall-to-wall removed and hardwood floors refinished, new oak railings installed, and carpet installed on stairs. Elm Park is very good to work with, cost is very reasonable, and workmanship is excellent. Julie and Mark are very professional and offer good advice and many options. I have had some bad experiences with the big box stores and their low cost installation. I would highly recommend checking out Elm Park before just settling on the big box stores.

My experience the Elm Park Flooring was a wonderful experience, I knew I did not wish to use Lowe’s or Home Depot to install my new carpet, and I went to few other places and got crazy pricing. I went into Elm Park Flooring in my home town and I meet with staff, I explain what I was trying to I accomplish, I ask if someone could come out to my home and take a look. Julie one of the owners said she would come out and take a look at the carpet that was there and take some measurements of the room, she came out got the Measurements of the room and took a look at the kind of carpet that was in the house. The next day we went down to the store and Julie had some samples of carpet that would work with the room and I accomplished what we needed. We picked out a carpet we like and Julie suggest

My wife and I are beyond pleased with the job done by Elm Park Flooring in replacing our damaged hardwood in our kitchen dining area. The match with our 20 year old prefinished hardwood far exceeded our expectations. It looks like a new version of the exact same hardwood, blending in seamlessly with the old hardwood. We are amazed! The entire process beginning with the congeniality and helpfulness of the office staff to the professionalism of the installers was superb.
