Bradley and Dan arrived as expected and quickly and flawlessly set up and installed our staircase carpeting. They were warm and friendly, I was curious about how they learned their detailed skills and both Bradley or Dan answered my questions. They finished and cleaned up the area and vacuumed, leaving the area spotless! They were delightful and they provided an extremely positive experience. I had all my floors done by Hastings; carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room, and laminate in the living room and dining room. Where to begin! A pleasing experience. Hastings made the process smooth. Selection, ordering and coordination of the install were excellent. Hastings has a great installation team.
