Burkett's Heating & Cooling

Absolutely terrible company. They convinced me to pay the full amount for a new commercial HVAC back in October. They said if I paid the full amount, they would give me a discount. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks out. Now it is January and they have not installed it still and have been ignoring me. I finally got ahold of Dave in December and he assure me it would be completed the next week. That did not happen and now he is ghosting me again. Complete scam. Do not trust them.

Jordan and Alex from Burkett's did a great job (for a very reasonable price)! Both of them were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced my very outdated furnace with a high efficiency one and added central air, cold air returns upstairs and an additional supply. It was not a simple nor easy job. In fact, another company actually turned the job down! Dave, the owner, personally stopped by several times to check on the progress and was super friendly to me, my children and even my dogs! 😊

We lost air conditioning this summer and called Burkett’s. John was at my house within a few hours of my call, and figured out my problem right away. Unfortunately we needed a fan motor that had to be ordered, but John went straight back to the office and ordered the part. The part arrived a day early and John brought it right out and had our a/c going within 2 days of my initial call. Great service, friendly and professional staff, good value, cool house! Our current AC unit was not working properly so we called Burkett's to come and take a look at it as they originally installed it when our house was built 6 years ago. They came out the next day and discovered there was damage to our coil that required replacement. John checked immediately on our warranty for us and discovered that our builder did not register the unit on our behalf; therefore, causing our 10-year warranty to become a 5-year warranty which had expired. The price on the part was over $3,000 alone so we opted to get an entirely new AC system. John had his team deliver and install it the very next day. We cannot say enough about the professional and quality of service we always receive from Burkett's. They installed a new boiler in our very old home, and did not leave until they were sure we would have heat for Thanksgiving. They provided us with contact info just in case we had any problems over the holiday weekend. We will definitely use Burkett's for all future needs! .
