The service from Fincel Doors was super great. I called late in the day so they came real early the next day which was perfect. The tech was really nice and got the door working within 1/2 hr. He also explained what he did and how to check the springs if it happened again in the future. Very grateful for the service.

We were experiencing issues with our garage door closing properly. They were very responsive and were able to get a technician scheduled for the next day. The technician was able to resolve the issue and install new sensors. He also, made sure the chains and rollers were in good order and lubricated moving parts on both doors. Also, provided a new remote which he then programmed both doors to the remote for us. Would certainly use Fincel Door again and would recommend to others.

Fincel Door originally installed door in 2000. This is the first issue we have had with the door. Due to cold weather the cables came loose and needed reattached. Technician arrived early the next day and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes along with doing a PM while on site. Scheduling and service was very prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

I called Fincel Door early this morning when the garage door would lift only about a foot. Mandy told me that Dave would be at our home as soon as he finished the job he was doing. Dave arrived before noon, spotted the problem, and repaired the door and was on his way in about a half hour. Service - amazing service!!! He replaced the thing that looks like a long spring above the door - it had cracked. We've been clients of theirs for about 30 years! NEVER had to wait!! Again - AMAZING SERVICE!
