We’ve been talking about getting a pool for a few years and it wasn’t until we met with Town & Country that we knew we were ready to take that plunge. Amber and James were amazing from start to finish and the communication throughout the process was seamless. James and his team went above and beyond and truly created the pool of our dreams. I was really looking forward to working with these folks. I loved the idea that the owner, Jamie, was on site building the pool with his crew. We agreed to take their first spot in 2025 and they asked me to send $10k deposit. I waited for them to send a contract or even an invoice and it never came. After asking for one, or both, of those items, Amber told me my spot was given to someone else and they were fully booked for 2025. I'm super disappointed they can't get their act together with paperwork or invoicing and that my spot was given to someone else. It just seems so odd that they wouldn't issue an invoice for payment and the signed contract comes half a year after they get $10k?

The staff is always very friendly and professional. This team is knowledgeable and can solve any issues you may have. They installed my pool 8 years ago and have kept it running smoothly ever since with excellent service. I highly recommend using them for all your pool needs.
