Keith was OUTSTANDING!!! Beyond professional and friendly. I read a book called unreasonable hospitality and wow my goodness Keith was just that!!! He came on time and was so nice from the start. Gave me quotes on other things and found major issues when we walked around the basement together. I first called about a garbage disposal but Keith went above and beyond like I said above. As I was saying, I showed him around my house since I’m a new homeowner. He took a look and found a pipe ready to explode (see pictures). He told me that he high recommends replacing it. I trusted him. He gave me peace of mind the whole time he was here. Now I got a dishwasher with an air gap so that’s correct too. The team was prompt courteous and considerate. The repair first had to be exposed and evaluated: it was to the water service adjacent to space heating piping. Experience intuition and skill enabled a direct location and repair. The procedures and work were explained and questions answered with good communication. I appreciate that all correctible conditions were addressed as encountered in the course of the repair.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get same day service for two separate issues! Keith the plumber was very friendly and although he wasn’t able to fix my issue, he connected me with a contractor who could and gave honest advice on how to approach the problem, which was very appreciated! I also worked with Thomas and Brian who were also very friendly and were able to fix my thermostat issue with ease. I will definitely work with Burkhardt again in the future!

Prompt and respectful of my time. Didn't try to upsell but told me exactly what they recommended and were available asap for a furnace replacement. Was installed professionally and the technicians were friendly and respectful. Would absolutely use them again

Keith was our technician this morning. Great service! Very friendly...He explained everything, answered plumbing questions that I had, and was very thorough with the work done. This was the 2nd time he has been to my house (2 unrelated plumbing fixes) and I will always want him to come back if necessary. Highly recommend!!
