I initially reached out to Burns Masonry after he came recommended from a friend where they had also done some foundation repointing, (the same work I needed). After checking out his work and reading through the great reviews online, I gave them a call and "Frank" came out to my house the same day and provided an estimate with 2 days which was extremely detailed and broken down with 2 different options on how to do the work since I told him I was working within a budget. His pricee to fully repoint the basement foundation walls and add waterproofing was within my budget which I was shocked at since other estimates I had received from other company's were much much higher. We are so delighted to have found Burns Masonry to repoint our fieldstone foundation. We also hired them to excavate and repour our basement floor. Both jobs were done extremely well. Frank Burns and his team done a beautiful job at repointing the inside of my stone foundation and pouring us a new concrete slab. Frank's commitment to detail as well as his ability to communicate with you goes above and beyond, he was able to spot holes in the foundation that went all the way out to the other side of the foundation that I never noticed was there in the beginning. You can see from these photos, the difference they have made to the walls and floor. I can now turn my basement into a storage area where I now feel comfortable knowing the mortar joints are no longer constantly falling apart and letting water inside.

Contacted frank within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up
