Burns Materials

I would love to give them five stars. We used Burns for chip about two years ago. 20 yards lots of work. We figured we would use them again for our topsoil. They were phenomenal with the chip so. I called them the guy that answers was extremely rude passed me off to a kid that works there. I ordered 5 yards of topsoil we worked out a delivery and we were all set. It arrived. It was pea stone gravel with some topsoil mixed it. Extremely disappointed!

An excellent first experience ordering from Burns. I ordered the 3/8" river rock for a stone style patio project. Very happy with the whole process: Quote, amount estimate, and the delivery. I gave a quick wash to the rock and dig the colors. A shout out to the delivery driver. I believe his name is Frank. Polite and was more than happy to back on in and drop the rock off where it was best for me. -- If you go, make sure you pull on past the Burns Construction offices into the yard.

I posted an earlier review where I noted that Burns had: 1. cut my Electric fence wire 2. Interrupted a Curtain Drain I mentioned that they had left and NOT repaired either. I was deeply concerned about the safety of my 3 dogs!! After personally visiting their office I found that they were not only concerned also, they were in the process of remediating both as I literally walked in their front door. By the time I returned home they had personnel onsite addressing both issues. They did NOT leave until both issues were successfully completed. I was quick to react initially and I can't say enough about how responsive and professional they were, right down to down to the equipment operators, and boots on the ground. My first experiences ordering from Burns was absolutely amazing and the delivery was super fast too. I believe the guy that help me out over the phone was David ( maybe ), he was so helpful. Delivery guy was very friendly. I highly recommend!

I recently found this local place and I've purchased both river rock and topsoil from them. Delivery was prompt both times and they charged a very reasonable delivery fee. River rock looks great and the topsoil is definitely top quality. I ordered 5 yards of topsoil and there wasnt a single pebble or piece of trash in it. Definitely will use Burns for all my materials from now on and i have been impressed with the quality and value.
