Burrows Bros was a pleasure to work with. First, they were very responsive when the initial failure occurred. We are a church and this out building was a DayCare where the waterline broke and needed to be replaced. Because of blacktop and other underground challenges we felt that this was the only cost effective way to replace. This was not an easy dig based on our underground challenges. They gave us enough information to make an informed decision and their process for information they needed to quote project was easy. We had two quotes for same work and they were the lesser of the two for the same task. Day of repair, they were prompt, professional, efficient and performed their task as advertised and on time. I would highly recommend.

Burrows Brothers repaired my lawn because the Utility company installed under ground lines. One of my sprinkler heads was damaged. I spotted one of their employees told him the problem. Kyle replaced the item. GREAT CUSTOMER service.

I've hired contractors for over 35 years and I am truly impressed with these guys. They attacked the task at hand and didn't stop until the job was complete and on schedule. They hit the target right on the money. Great bunch of professionals ! I will hghly recommend them for any boring job.
