I wish zero stars was an option. Complete scam, the week before Christmas no less. This "Business" is a joke. They are only responsive until they get your business. Timeframes are not accurate, employees are unprepared and owner is unprofessional. Zero communication, horrible response time. We have been without heat for 7 days. We found Ken the Furnace guy on Tuesday who said he could install a new furnace Thursday morning at 10am. Installation would take 6 hours. They did not show up until 12pm. When the 2 men arrived they worked until about 4:45pm and said they are going to dinner. They came back at 6 and started to work again. Then at about 6:15 pm some lady walks in my house, no knock, with tools and heads downstairs. A few minutes later another guy comes in and at least acknowledges

Don't waste your time trying to get a furnace from him, makes an offer, we agreed to a price and time, ran over 3 hours late calls and says he wants to make it up by offering a new furnace since the other one was refurbished for $700 more then the original, because somehow while they're working on one job.and he decided it was a good idea to clean my furnace and ruin the circuit board, allegedly, it was refurbished.There should be no reason to mess with anything in the furnace till its on the job, but then claimed he would have came over amd have a meet and greet and remove the old furnace for me, but never showed up, never called back. When he said he would get the part, call the next day to make sure he was still coming, and again, never called, if you don't want the work just say someth

If I could give zero stars that what this would be. Save yourself time, money, and stress. This man use to do quality work. After spending over 2000$ I'm left with an incomplete job, a short cycling furnace leaking pipes and duct work not taped off. This will cost me more money. While Ken does not answer the phone, txt or messages sent to his business page. DON'T DO IT!!! Also have pics, txt and phone log. To ba k this all up.

Ken is a great guy! Our basement flooded and we needed a new furnace! We got estimates and Ken’s was the lowest by far. He said he could install the next day, Saturday! He got tied up on another job but kept in contact. Finally at 6:00 pm he was free. He said he could still come or would be here Sunday! We decided Sunday was good and he was here Sunday! I would highly recommend kenthefurnace guy! He will be our go to from now on!

Terrible communication, terrible service, save yourself lots of money and hire someone that knows what they are doing!
