The attention to detail and overall quality were exceptional. It was clear Ben genuinely cared about his work and took pride in making sure everything was done perfectly. His communication was excellent throughout the process, especially when walking us through the different decking options, explaining the pros and cons, and helping us understand which choices made the most sense and why. From scheduling to explaining cleaning and general maintenance, everything was clear and well communicated. Dealing with Ben was great. He was straight forward, professional, and easy to work with.
