Hentges Glass

Great work. They no longer come to your home and measure for you and then install, at least not with my type of project anymore. Their Byron location is a haul for Rochesterites, and it's super windy at their location.

A tech was sent out to fix the hinges on our double paned tempered glass front office door . Next thing we knew the outer pane of glass was shattered and the tech was taping up the door with blue painters tape. He apologized and told us the glass would be in on Wednesday so the broken door would have to be like this over the whole weekend. So Wednesday comes and no contact from Hentges and no sign of anyone coming to fix the door, so I call them. At first no one knew what was going on so I was put on hold and finally get sent to Tony W, Manager. He said that it will be another 2 weeks at least for the glass to come in so our broken office door would be that way for another 2 full weeks without repair. Huge liability risk!!!!!!! Custom cut mirror done with in 15 hours! Ordered it on Tuesday morning & it was installed by Wednesday by 8am. Just awesome!

Custom cut mirror and tempered glass for my deck railing worked perfectly, were competitively priced, and available for pickup in a reasonable time.
