We have used Platinum Heat and Air on numerous occasions. When we first moved into this house and started remodeling, we needed heat registers moved in some rooms, and added in others. Platinum gave us great ideas and they were able to make it look like it was part of the original home. Moving and adding these heat registers made our home much more functional. Platinum came out to service the furnace that was in our house when we bought it, and they told us it was near the end of its life. We talked about what we wanted in a new furnace and they gave us a quote. Financially we were not in a position to be able to replace the furnace at that time. Platinum (Justin) came out last summer when our a/c quit working and got the a/c replaced in a quick and timely manner at a great price. Other companies wanted to replace the whole heating & a/c system. Very professional, excellent pricing, will definitely call for any future problems.
