Busy Beaver

Convenient location. Nice to have something close. But they're usually out of what I need (mostly a drill bit or a specific hardware part). All those shelves are pretty bare. I've bought the last one before and when I've gone back months later for a second, they were still out. Do they ever get new stock?

I did not want to go there from the beginning but it was the most, "convenient" at that time. The manager, his name starts with an M, was extremely rude, impatient and not helpful. As a child would do, he smacked the side of his leg as im asking him another question. He talked over me 3 times and his favorite thing to say was, "thats all we have!" and walks away. The other employee was asking if I needed help with anything else and was doing his very best, which I appreciated. Definitely need to go out of business and put something there with better mgmt to lead the team.

Reasonable selection. OK prices. Staff genuinely doesn't care. I asked for assistance. I was told what isles to look in. I replied that I had already looked up and down said aisles. The employee walked away. I stayed there for several minutes because I knew there might be a chance the employee might catch on the way back to the front. Nope. Instead I walked out saying to the same employee, "I'm taking my business elsewhere. You where no help at all." The reply "I'm sorry about that sir. Have a nice day". Seriously? No, "Oh, let me go get that for you." No, "Let's go look together". Nothing. Instead his manager promptly walked over to him to ask what I said. I was half way to the door. The manager made no attempt to stop me.

Poor service at usual, i usually let it go, but, every time i go, some one that works there did something ignorant. Bad enough you guys don't even have anything that most hardware stores have.

Love the store. Employees dont seem that happy here. Maybe could use a boost in pay or motivation??
