Yep! I'm definitely going to park here again. I did some research on where to park downtown as I had a couple meetings in Seattle I had scheduled- I read the reviews for this garage and booked via the ParkWhiz app- SO EASY! It was $15 for the whole day! Best price in town and excellent location. The reviews are correct- this is a garage for compact vehicles. I do not recommend for larger vehicles. It's very tight 2-way traffic in the ramp and tight spaces. I felt safe leaving my vehicle in there as there are parking attendants and a security person walking the ramp. Highly recommend!

Very convenient but the spaces are way too tight. The sign outside said $5 but they charged $24.97. I guess the $5 is an hourly rate but it didn't say so. I won't be parking there again.

It was conveniently located near the Seattle underground tour we did. And there is a free waterfront shuttle stop very near as well. That's the end of the good. The price was $5/hr plus taxes and other parking taxes. Total was $32 for around 5 hours of parking. There were mid day on a Thursday there were only 4-5 open spots until you got to the very last level. Of those most weren't actually open for use due to others parking on or over the line. Never in my life have I seen parking spaces so narrow and tightly spaced. I regret now not taking a picture but we were running late. I backed in our minivan but even as a slim individual was unable to get out. Not just "This looks tight, I might bump the other car!". It was simply not possible from my door. It is very easy to access and we had no issues finding a parking spot, also the price is very reasonable, we paid $5 an hour. It felt very safe. Although, the parking spaces are compact, so not ideal if you have a big car.

I thought the parking spaces were pretty tight. $5/hour. Elevator, most spots on the first 3 floors are reserved 24/7. Felt cleaner than other lots in the area.
