Butts Electrical & Lighting Co

I discovered Butts Electrical about a year ago when I needed a hard to find breaker and none of the bigger electrical supply houses had one or could even get one. I called Butts and they had one on the shelf and at a reasonable price. He was able to save me time and money allowing me get my customer up and running again. Great business and great service.

I need a new bulb for my work bench light. I couldn't find the size I needed at any of the hardware stores and it wasn't available on the internet. I just about lost hope of ever finding this bulb as it appears as if it is a rare size. I was actually getting comfortable with the idea of replacing the entire fixture. But, on the following Monday, I went into Butts as this business is closed on Sunday. Imagine my surprise when Mr. Butts went back and pulled a replacement off his shelf. I love this store!

Stopped in here on April 17th to purchase some items and when my master electrician came do his work,he made me aware too return my wire.so I called him today and he said No I don't take wire back? I said Sir your receipt doesn't say that,I proceeded to tell him it's never been unwrapped. I said Sir your receipt says Returns with Receipt Only, he got huffy with me and hung up on me!! (Really) he can't even stand behind his own receipt! Very unprofessional and I would not recommend going to him! Beware people!

Just placed a call to this business and spoke with a gentleman who could use a lesson in kindness and consideration. I was trying to get a little information on an item that I need. He said he doesn't have the particular brand that I have so I was trying to find out if could use what he has and he was giving me the bums rush. I realized he was not interested in helping me so I was just going to end the call. I was thanking him for his time and he just basically hung up the phone. So I don't care if I have to pay a little more I will shop some place else. I needed help not to feel like I'm a bother. Lesson learned, Kelly

I called was on the phone for less than a min an older gentleman I asked about my breaker blowing and he kept just saying it is overloaded it Is overloaded u understand and kept saying sir do u understand it is overloaded didnt allow me to ask a question or explain anything else less than a min and he hung up wow I am amazed at this point. I was trying to ask a question about how to tell if my breaker was bad and he said u understand what I said dont argue with me. HOW DO U GET ANY BUSINESS AS RUDE AND MEAN AS U R VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I THINK IT MAY B TIME TO THINK OF RETIRING.
