The office manager, Mrs. Pam, was instrumental in keeping us on our timeline and payments. Brad Skinner put wonderful plans together and great suggestions in the beginning. Bryan Ellis was and still is very accommodating and patient with us as we changed our minds. Overall, very pleased with craftsmanship and professionalism.

New build by BW Skinner in Cranberry Ridge had several minor issues everytime I brought the issues to the site manager he stated he would get to it. Moved in the house in 2020 still repairs haven't been done. 4 neighbors that have BW Skinner builder have the same issue and no response for builder, manager states they are too busy building new houses or he thought the repairs had been done.

What I really liked most overall about working with BW Skinner was the way Mr. Skinner was with us. He truly went above and beyond our expectations for our new home. No matter the time of day, he was there to answer any questions or concerns we may have had!

I love my new home, but I am giving 2 stars because I cannot get anyone to come fix the items on my punch list. My move in date was the first of the year and my punch list was emailed to BW Skinner in February. Nothing has been done as of today. Since then, I have made several phone calls and sent multiple emails. Their phone goes straight to voice mail so I have no choice but to leave a message and hope that someone will call me back. I've been ignored. It just doesn't seem like this is typical business so I am not sure what is going on.

Wayne and B.W. Skinner built my house about 8 years ago and I recently had him do some additions and he's by far the best. He is very personable and keeps your financial limitations in mind when making suggestions and doing work.
