My wife and I found By Design professional, reliable, dependable, and timely. We love our new patio. We approached Roberto Osario, the owner of “By Design” to design and construct a back patio with roof. We have had a long relationship with Roberto and his company and felt he was capable of doing the job. We examined his portfolio of work, which validated his ability to do the job. The members of “By Design” were on site early in the morning and stayed on site all day and were never in the way. They were always friendly and respectful.
