I rarely (if ever) leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses. I truly don’t take it lightly. However, our experience has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. We purchased a $12,000+ package (about $7,500 after rebates) that included attic insulation with vent fans and a 50-gallon hybrid water heater. The attic insulation itself appears to have been done well. My father is a contractor and confirmed that a substantial amount of insulation was installed and that the work looked solid. That said, when the vent fans were installed, the ceiling was left unpainted and unfinished. While this may have been outlined somewhere in the contract, we reasonably expected the area to be returned to its original condition. The unfinished patches now require repainting at our expense.

I called for a quote and they didn’t just respond, but they took care of everything. My house although newly renovated, the temperature difference between up and downstairs was extreme. The came and removed the old insulation, sealed the attic and put in new insulation. They also replaced one old hvac unit. Ben, Meagan, and the entire team were awesome. Thank you!

In March 2025 I purchased exterior wall insulation (Dense-Pack Insulation) from Complete Home Solutions and the results have been fantastic. The original problem was that my house would not stay warm in the winter and would not cool down in the summer. I already had HVAC but I would also need to run space heaters or window ACs to get my home to a comfortable temperature which was very expensive. A Complete Home Solutions representative came to my home and did a very professional walk though. I had a week to make up my mind for the price quoted. I received services through the Weatherization Program and was very impressed. The team was professional, thorough, and did excellent work. Although the process took a little longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. They did a great job overall, and when a small crack appeared after replacing the toilet vent, they promptly came back and fixed it.
