We love our Byrd home! Before building, everyone told us how stressful the building process would be. The Byrd team makes the process as smooth and simple as possible. The design team is with you every step of the way to help you in choosing everything from appliances to flooring and drawer pulls. They respond quickly if you have questions or notice any issues at the house. We absolutely love our new home! If we were to build again in the future, we would be calling Byrd Building.

I’ve been lucky enough to watch the Byrd Building team in action, and I have to say this team really goes above and beyond for their clients. Great builder! Worked with us on our custom plan and made it happen. Addressed issues timely, responded to emails or concerns, and built a very structurally sound home. Great folks to work with during a home build!

They build ponds in their new upcoming neighborhood and then when they flood they empty them into our property in a flood zone. Sent emails to them but of course no response.
