Bzak Landscaping & Garden Center

My recent experience with Bzak Landscaping(Roundbottom Rd) can be described in one word; WONDERFUL! I needed privacy along my backyard fence line. I had some ideas, but was definitely in need of guidance. Upon arrival I was immediately introduced to Stacey; what a blessing. She was personable,energetic, & extremely knowledgeable. Once I provided my expectations & site measurements, we decided on Green Giant evergreens, 6-7ft. She physically moved 3-5 plantings into place to determine the number needed. She even suggested that I stop by their route 50 store if I wanted to see some more seasoned GreenGiants to see what mine would look like in a few years. That’s great customer service. Great price for 10 tons of dirt delivered and Joe our delivery guy was professional and fantastic! Ordered the dirt at 9:15am and was told by the gentleman that The dirt would be delivered right after lunch... After three calls the dirt was finally delivered at 5:00 p.m... My whole day was wasted. Scheduling needs to be a little more clearer but other than that I am pleased with the service.

Bzak is so nice and friendly and friendly and when I needed to bring in a lot of dirt for a major yard renovation the scheduling guy even suggested ways to save me money! Not like the other guys in the red trucks. Plus I can dump my yard waste there too! Why go anywhere else!

Great company to deal with. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great quality materials and plants. I own and operate a landscaping business and purchase most of my materials from Bzak, have for years and will continue to do so. Can't say enough good things about them. They're a top notch company.
