This guy still out taking advantage of people? The Derecho came through Iowa in 2020 - Carlos was there to take advantage. Contracted him to repair our siding, gave him part of the deposit and then… nothing. Everytime we were finally able to get ahold of him he’d have an excuse - family death, truck broke down, workers didn’t show. Then he left a voicemail yelling at my wife - I lost it and told him if he didn’t have my money at my house within 7 days I’d contact the local PD and my attorney. Only time the man ever showed up on time. NEVER give this man money, never hire him for work unless you never want it completed.

Never Never 👎 anyone in Quad city should fell in this trap. Even I know Carlos personally for many years and trusted him. I gave a job of replacing roof , siding and doors in August 2020. He is very nice and will call you every day until he gets the money. Once he get the money. He will not answer the phone. It has been 8 months . My roof is halfway done and wind is pealing it off where they left it. Just last week replaced the door after each day I called. Still door is wrong size and doesn’t close properly. I am about to take them to the court here with in few weeks and will hire different contractor and they will end up paying all the damages.

Carlos started acting really shady once he found out my insurance company was giving me more than I was gonna pay him. We agreed on a price but he’s just really greedy. Never got my receipts from him and he has refused to come check his work after I tried complaining about something

I am very disappointed in this company. Carlos showed up and gave me an estimate on fixing my roof, we agreed on a price and shook hands. Gave me a date he would be there, couldn't fix it that day because of rain. He never called to reschedule. He would not answer his phone when i called or text, used a freinds phone and he answered. (Imagine that) he set another date and repeated the same senareo, no show no call. To bad because i had a big bathroom remodel for him if i liked his work on my roof. Does anyone know of a responsible roofer ?

Carlos remodeled my kitchen. The cabinets are installed incorrectly (not as I asked). He kept saying "Oh, you wont like it that way". Wait a minute, who is paying for this? The crown moulding looks like a 6 year old cut it. The dishwasher was installed incorrectly and it leaked so I had to replace the subflooring and new floor cover. The caulk was not silicone and it needs replaced. This guy shouldn't be remodeling anyone's home.
