C.C. power was contracted out by Great Lakes in Oceana County to do some replacment work. Didnt get any advanced heads up besides a door knock and the time frame for restoration was originally 2 hours, that turned into around 4 hours. They also damaged the fiber running from the pole. I had to contact Charter and they confirmed it was broke in two places coming from the pole that was replaced. I do want to say the crew was very friendly and they where just doing their job but this is what happens when they show up on your block. 🙁 *Update the owner is lying about internet service being restored. Once again as mentioned in earlier reviews, this crew damaged another major fiber cable for Charter Internet in Ocean County resulting in a Area outage. Start of the outage 10:30AM 10/8/2025 still no estimated time of restoration. Crews are fairly friendly, however, I wish they would stop damaging fiber cables.

They came to Florida to help with the restoration of power after hurricane Milton. We thank you and appreciate everything you have done and continue to do.

We suffered a horrific storm on 8/24/23 in Potterville, MI and these linemen and their equipment have worked around the clock to get our town back up and running. We are so appreciative and grateful for their constant work and dedication. Thank you all so much!

A big Thank You to Tim, Clint, and Zane for restoring our power after 12 days from Hurricane Ian. Many crews came by but none could get our power restored. Tim came by and said he would be back with a new transformer, he is a man of his word. He returned the next morning and they worked very hard to replace the transformer. Our pole is in a very difficult spot to get to. Surrounding Lots are flooded. They are the best of the best!!!! We call them the miracle workers!!
