I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Mr. Rooter and their technician Caleb. My situation was handled quickly and efficiently. Caleb was extremely professional, answered all my questions and left my home clean and mess free. Not only that but he had to shovel snow in order to get to my crawlspace and still was very friendly and cordial. Call them if you have an issue with your plumbing! You won't be sorry!

The young man was very helpful. Very courteous. Did a wonderful job. Took care of things I never dreamed needed done and so happy it's done. There were roots in the sewer system. Eating took care of that. It was wonderful. Everything's working great. Now my house was flooding

We really appreciated Caleb's honesty and integrity when he came out to look at our drain today. He was upfront and said that it didn't look like there was a need to snake or vacuum out our drain, and that the standing water in our drain trap was normal. I really appreciated that he didn't do the extra work just to hit us with an extra cost since we are a homeless shelter and have an almost non-existent budget. We also appreciated how Mr. Rooter answered our call for help immediately. It is so difficult to find a plumber in our area that will even call us back! Thank you for providing great service and for having technicians who are upfront and honest.

Mr. Rooter was great! Cam out for a challenging camera survey which really helped to narrow the scope of our problem. Caleb was courteous, professional and willing to try new things to understand our problem.

I’m a DIY guy. (Dumb Idiot… Yo?) Anyways, got myself in a pinch. Needed to buy some time until the major bathroom overhaul happens later this summer. Called the good people at Mr.Rooter for the assist. Young man showed up, took good care of the issue and was gone. Fast and easy.
