Jeff from CJ's Plumbing was amazing. Our hot water heater wasn't producing hot water, so I called and spoke with Jeff. He not only came out the same day I called , but installed a new hot water heater the very same day. He came back the next day and checked out our faucets. His pricing was very reasonable for all the time he spent working on our plumbing issues. I highly recommend him and his company.

I wish zero stars was an option. These guys scheduled me for some work after a pipe burst. I called them when they hadn't shown up for the appointment and they rescheduled for the following Monday. On Monday morning, I received a call that they had "a bunch of other projects" and it would be at least "a couple of months" until they could come out. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Ever.

Really nice guy but.... Doesnt show up, doesn’t return calls and doesn't complete the work. New build, least reliable of all subcontractors. Inspections postponed due to plumbing not completed on time. if you can wait for weeks to get the work done, fine. If not, look elsewhere.

We were very fortunate to have found CJ Plumbing and Septic in Murphy North Carolina. Jeff did excellent work, and he was such a pleasant and kind person to speak to and deal with. He was always prompt and willing to do what ever it took to get the job done and done right. I spoke to his wife, Christy, on the phone and she was always friendly and helpful every time, and always returned my calls promptly. I felt I could trust them, and I came to realize I was right. When I asked him to do more than originally planned, he was very receptive to it and did it with a smile. These people, and how they treat others, are the reason why my husband and I wanted to move to Murphy in the first place. Was purchasing a home in Murphy and had a due diligence deadline for Monday. Called and explained my deadline and they agreed to be out to inspect septic Thursday. did not hear from them so called first thing Friday and was told they were behind but would be out that day to get it done. Again no word, called at end of the day (before they closed at 5:00pm) to get answering machine. Total disappointment. Don't bother!
