C & L Services

Recently I had Lee from C & L Services do some work at my home, installing patio tiles on a 10 x 16 patio. He did an excellent job and the finished product looks fantastic! Lee was punctual, diligent, and hard working, and a gentleman. His rates were appropriate. Now that I am aware of other skills and services that he offers, I am sure that I will be contacting him for other jobs as necessary.

I recently called Lee Pollard of C&L Services after he was recommended by a colleague of my husband's at the College of Charleston. He came on time, was very knowledgeable about the carpentry and electrical jobs that I had needed done for some time. I was very satisfied with his work and with his reasonable price. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I scheduled with Lee to have him come fix my back door for me. I waited a week and a half for him to come out and fix it. 2 days before he’s scheduled to come he texts me saying that he isn’t comfortable doing it and that he doesn’t have the right tools. There is a YouTube video on how to do it, so if he can’t makes you wonder how talented he actually is. I asked him if he could just replace the whole door for me as we had originally talked about and he said that he already had jobs lined up for Monday (when I did not tell him to cancel on Monday!) and to find someone else. This man is unreliable and a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

We needed some electric run to a new above ground pool. Estimates from other providers would have required a lot more work, time, and money. Lee provided a much more cost effective solution. He was able to complete our work in a timely manner, and for the amount of money that he said it would cost. At the same time, he was also able to quickly replace/repair an outside water faucet that we asked for at the last minute. I would definitely recommend his services, and would hire him for any future home repairs/improvements.

Lee helped me with a fairly small job of hanging a piece of art to surprise my husband. He was very polite and professional and even explained and showed me how I could efficiently do the same job myself in the future. I asked about a few other repairs and look forward to having him return to redo our front steps and railing. It is wonderful to have a reliable and trustworthy person to call with any and all house repair and improvement needs.
