Excellent customer service right from the start! Scheduling was easy and they came out quickly to diagnose our LG washing machine. Jack, the service technician was very knowledgeable and explained to us what he saw with our washing machine. It was a quick fix and a VERY reasonable repair! We will definitely use them again!
Over the years, I have used this company three times and they’ve always done a great job at a reasonable price. This last Time Chris came out and did such a great job. Such a great attitude and work ethic. I definitely feel comfortable referring them to my friends and family.
Dryer wouldn't move, Chris came out and replaced the motor and pulley on it and got it situated. Highly recommend this company, they were gentle in my freshly renovated house, and very professional. If I could give a 6/5 ⭐️ I would!
Jack did an excellent job troubleshooting/repairing/cleaning our dryer today. Very courteous as well! Price is not applicable, as job was performed under our DTE Home Protection plan.
