Detroit Furnace

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding my boiler repair. My boiler stopped working on February 21st. Your company did not come out to inspect it until February 23rd, at which time I was told the issue was a faulty relay that needed to be ordered. I was informed the part would arrive on February 25th and be installed that same day. On February 24th, I was told the part had arrived — only to find out it was the wrong part. Instead of properly confirming compatibility before ordering, this caused further delay. The contractor later stated he would personally go to a store to find the correct relay. He installed it on February 25th and left. When I returned home, my house was 96 degrees, clearly indicating the repair was not properly diagnosed or completed. T

Detroit Furnace came out to repair my furnace via DTE warranty plan and they were absolutely amazing! On time, great communication and great techs. Mitch was fantastic! Note: I had a different repair facility ( can’t disclose their name) come out first and didn’t use the proper parts. But Detroit Furnace made it happen! Thank you!

I highly recommend this company and all of there employees. I had this company come out and install a new furnace. The price was right in the middle of some other quotes I'm so happy we went with the Detroit furnace team. My bill has gone done. The workman ship was impeccable.i recommend this company to all my friends. I will be using them when it's time for air conditioner.

I'm leaving this review after having Detroit Furnace come out to my home in sept 2025. To upgrade the whole system which is 2 Furnace unit and 2 Ac unit for 21k, And i remember they were super fast when i approved the replacement they next day to install and get paid After that problems starts comes one after one , one day no heat another day no cool , i might called over 5 times within 2 weeks after installation for same issues over heat or no heat, anyway as if today which after 2 months of installation I had a leak coming from my attic through my ceiling/wall because of new units they installed it seems the system not properly draining. I called first thing in morning and explain how the water is everywhere and missed up the flooring and ceiling but they dont care and the and the ans
