Called the company and they were very pleasant and swift to get us serviced! Tim B. came to the pizzeria on short notice for this service call. Our oven was down and not heating, with his expertise, the oven was back up and running in no time. Excellent customer service and he is a very honest person, who takes pride in what he does. Talking to Steve was very helpful. By his own admission he is very talkative, but also very knowledgeable and friendly. I called a handful of companies on a very cold day and they were all slammed. Every company either had a very long wait list or respectfully declined. Steve was willing to hear my situation and invited me to explain. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone and saved me a visit from a technician. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around that kind of helpfulness. He could have scheduled a technician and tried to make bunch of money off me, but instead he helped me solve my problem on my own. That's the kind of person I will trust when I need something done in the future.

Furnace broke on a Sunday, called them at 12:00pm, they were here by 3pm, heat was on by 4pm. For sure would use again.
