The knowledge this staff has, especially Shelley, blew me out of the water! She has over 20 years of experience & when she's at the front desk, she answers EVERY one. Jeff the countertop manager consulted with our contractor, Ryan Barr, and was confident about approving the schedule drawings. C&M countertops is a hidden treasure, and the people in it are superstars.

This was the smoothest experience ever. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and worked seamlessly with our contractor to give us a beautiful finished product. Thank you.

Should be a minus 5 option, Jeff seemed nice in December when he gave me the quote. We were getting a custom shower made and 2 vanities for a new build. He couldn't do the shower base, so we had it made at a different fabrication Co. It was installed end of January. Jeff's guy came out after a little persuasive emails. He said he would have an update for me the following week. I never heard from him again. Countless emails, calls to the secretary and 2 stops at his shop and never was able to talk to him to find out where he was on our job. Today the builder was notified that he wasn't going to do the job. Well apparently they don't want my roughly $20,000 job. You could have had the decency to call or email 3 to 4 weeks ago! Terrible customer service!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was told repeatedly by their receptionist and Lowes that Jeff would call me to set up an appointment to come out to do a template of my countertop. I placed an order on May 22. It was to take 7 work days. Today is June 12. I just received a extremely rude call from him, stating that he didn't have a date until today. Well guess what Jeff, you could have kept me in the loop, and gave me the decency and respect of a phone and explained that to me, with a simple phone call. Now you lost the sale.

Had the best experience with C and M. Jeff really knows his stuff and the guys that did the template and install were very professional and good to work with. I would reccomend these guys to anyone.
