I had an awesome experience with C3 and highly recommend them. Tyler M. and Morgan, were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was really impressed by how careful they were and they even wore foot protectors! which shows a lot of respect for the home/owners! They were very diligent and detailed, taking the time to explain exactly what they were seeing and providing helpful information about the specific brands I have in my house. I have been very pleased with my experience on their maintenance plan. Tyler is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He even came out today on a snowy Sunday to get my heat back working.

Both the man that fixed our plumbing problem and the two men that did the check up on the HVAC were the most friendly and personable people ever. Plus they knew their stuff and did an excellent job in no time.

I had some issues with our AC. We weren't sure what was going on. I spoke with Melvin last Thursday and he quickly responded. He signed us up for the maintenance seasonal plan. And we received a call Friday and they had someone out there Monday morning. It was as simple as our thermostat, which we had already replaced over the weekend. Chris did a walk through of the attic and got our needs met up there to help us in the long run of anything catastrophic happening. He was very informative, honest and helpful. Said everything else looked great, just some simple preventive measures taken.

When I first called C3 when the system in my current house stopped cooling, their tech was out that same day to diagnose/troubleshoot. It ended up being a leak in the indoor coil (found/determined by both Dye injection and a freon detector tool) and they had it replaced the next day. In the most recent service call on this aging system, they came out the next day and fixed that issue in a couple of hours. Both times, it was evident the techs were extremely knowledgeable, and as importantly; honest. I worked for my fathers Heating and Air company in my teens in the 80's with the crews doing installs/service but at this point in life, I just don't have the tools (or the current certs/licenses/etc) to do much of my own service.
