Had mixed experiences. They have a good selection of countertop quartz in stock, and you can pick them yourself. However, the sales person kept telling us that these were high-quality stone with over 93% of quartz, when in fact they were no more than 87% as we were told by the installers (they cut the quartz, so know what they are dealing with). Furthermore, when it comes to product manufacturing issues, the sales person unfortunately prioritizes the vendor over customer. In our case led to several days os delay. Yet, not a single word of apology was given. Given the poor customer experience, we will be getting our materials from other shops onwards. Other shops deliver missed materials to your home, and prioritize customer needs.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I casually visited their shop to replace my bathroom and kitchen counter tops with quartz. Their estimate with respect to price and time was absolutely on point. The demolition and fabrication teams were very kind, knowledgeable and clean. They left my home leaving behind no mess… only a happy client. Highly recommend. Last but not the least, Tom (the boss) is a gentleman to deal with and his staff Jessie was very sweet. Keep up the amazing work.

Great selection of materials, and well priced, good quality cabinets. The manager (Tom) is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking products and understanding installation issues. As others note, they do have restocking fees, and in many cases that fee comes from the supplier. They have a giant warehouse of cabinet components, which they can assemble into many configurations.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I buy a sink and brought back in less than 15mins for exchange since the dimensions were incorrect. This store charge me 15% return fee even when I bought another sink from them. When I realized that they didn’t pay back correctly and i spoke to store attendant and she was polite and explained the policy. I asked for store owner so i can discuss the concern with him and he harshly denied saying why you buy the other one before ( I explained him that) and this is the policy of the store. Store owner was very rude and walked away. Please be careful…… Thanks!!

Horrible experience. I ordered and paid in full for over $4K countertop. When I came to pick them up. The employee are super rude and told me they had sold the countertops because I did not pick them up within 30days. They did not even bother to call me before they sold it. I was told to pay extra money because they hiked the price. I was not happy but agreed. Then I load the truck. Before I left. Someone came and raised the extra money by 100%. They went to lock the door to stop me from leaving. I was forced to pay before they let me go. Jut want to warn people to stay away from them.
