Cabinet Connect

Ordered my Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops, backsplash tiles from Cabinet Connect which is part of East Coast Granites in Charlotte. Alex Fridman who’s a sales and Design Consultant helped us in design, put the orders build for Kitchen, Bar Area and Laundry. Alex is an excellent person who went above and beyond coordinating with his management to get things right from pricing to delivery and installation. I ordered my material in month of November but took long time to get them delivered and complete installation 1st week of February month except this long time otherwise everything went well! I would strongly recommend this company and appreciate Alex, Igor, Roman, Ruben, Vitaliy and all their team for the help! I haven’t had any issues for now, but will update my review if there are any and

Cabinet Connect of Charlotte which is affiliated with East Coast Granite. I brought my cabinets in 2021 with a 5 year warranty. Had I known I was going to encounter such terrible and unprofessional customer service when calling for service/repairs within my 5 year warranty period I would have never spent the amount of money I did. The paint on my kitchen cabinets is peeling and the pot drawer that was installed keeps getting off track. Each time I call to get service on these repairs I get terrible customer service and a promise to call back which never happens. Cabinet Connect product is definitely not what it seems. If you are looking to get custom cabinets please look somewhere else. Dealing with this company isn't worth the headache. Buy at your own risk.

Dennis was great to work with. We needed to match cabinets in a new home and fill a hole the previous homeowners left. He gave us several options and the finished product turned out great. Excellent install team as well. Very clean and professional.

I ordered my cabinets back in November and due to delays in the construction industry, I received the cabinets in March. Dawn was great to work with. She was very kind and professional. Dennis was great as well. Even though the cabinets were delayed, the product was nice. The cabinet vanities look great.

Our beautiful apartment needed a cabinet upgrade, the colors were not perfect. I searched for the right person and Andrey was the first to respond. It was clear by his professionalism, integrity and attention to detail even before I saw any of his projects or spoke with references that he would do a great job. Our new kitchen is stunning!
