They were excellent! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and my Speed Queen commercial dryer was restored. It had been taking a very long time to dry, and my Speed Queen washing machine refused to start after a customer made a payment. These guys really saved me!

My Speed Queen washer broke. It overflowed with water and dumped a couple of buckets on the floor. I went to the manufacturer’s website to look for a repairman in my area. State Appliance Repair was first on the list so I called. Kevin took my call, explained how to check if the washer is still covered by a manufacturer warranty (it expired) and scheduled an appointment next day. He called back few minutes later and given my proximity to his office offered to come the same day. Based on my description of the issue, he already diagnosed the problem and came with a correct replacement part. The repair was done very efficiently. Kevin And State appliance repair were awesome!! They quickly accepted the claim work from Cosmo appliance to fix our oven. Kevin even came a day earlier than scheduled, at our request, and was finished with the job in five minutes time. Excellent customer service!!

Our 2 1/2 yrs old LG refrigerator broke last week. We couldn’t get someone here to fix it quickly so LG gave us a list of Alternative Certified vendors we could call. I call State Appliance. He was a super nice guy, was willing to answer all my questions and the best part, we realized we only lived about 4 mins away from each other. He was able to get assigned the job through LG and it’s been a great experience! He’s kept in great communication with me and yesterday he came and fixed the fridge! I highly recommend State Appliance and appreciate the excellent service!!

Efficient and professional! Our ice maker was not working. Kevin was easy to communicate with via text. He arrived on time, ordered necessary parts, and came back a few days later to make the repair. Highly recommend!
