Marcelo was very communicative, letting us know when to expect the next steps and if there were issues (like weather preventing next steps) he would let us know. From design to implementation, they were there to provide feedback and improvements for our design. Especially since we want to potentially add a pergola on top of the decking at some point in the future. We hired Marcelo to tear down an existing but rotting deck and build a deck with completely new design and footprint. While we already had a design in mind, Marcelo made valuable suggestions and guidance regarding what could or could not be done due to code specifications. He was wonderful to work with. Never pushy. Communications were excellent, something I'm very particular about. His crew was great, always cleaned up the worksite at the end of the day and friendly.
