Sam and Andrey were fantastic! Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a timely, cost efficient repair. He was respectful, clean, and quiet throughout the visit. We have a baby at home, so that was especially important to us. We had a problem where our upstairs was really really hot and downstairs was really cold. He explained it very simply as to what the problem was and the repair worked immediately. Thank you Sam for doing a great job. Highly recommend!

I have been Delivering to Central Heating and Cooling for the past few months. Their warehouse team is hands down one of the best, most professional group of guys I have ever dealt with. I am always in and out. I am greeted by Taras when checked in, who has Nazar swiftly and efficiently offload me. Makes my job super simple. If they run their warehouse team this efficiently I can’t imagine how well their actual service is!!

I was experiencing intermittent issues with my unit not operating. Central Heating & Cooling scheduled a technician promptly. Sam A. communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was both professional and respectful of our privacy while in our home. He did an excellent job explaining how the system works, his findings, the corrective actions taken, and why he was confident the issue was resolved. Sam went above and beyond, and his professionalism and knowledge made this a great service experience.

They were very responsive from the time that I called them. That alone was impressive as it was a very busy time for them in the aftermath of the recent ice storm. During the visit to my home, Sam A. was very professional, informative and friendly. You should consider yourself lucky to have an employee like him. I did not choose this company as they were the ones that put an HVAC system in the new construction I recently purchased but, after my recent experience, I'm glad they will be the company I will have to call for service in the future.
