Their cabinets are absolute trash, as is their customer service. The Cabinet Factory won't stand behind their products. Paint finish is crap, doors are poorly sprayed with many areas showing wood grain and cracks through the paint, corners of the door panels got little coverage causing thin opaque rough paint texture. They even painted over top of freaking stickers, which are now peeling and revealing the wood underneath. The cabinet doors have cheap MDF panels when they were supposed to be all wood. Hinges loose causing door movement and misalignment which can't be adjusted because the screw holes are stripped, drawer slides that weren't screwed in at the back of the box, cracked dysfunctional drawers. Just overpriced cheap garbage. For reference, these cabinets were close to $20,000

Well, let’s start here. We love our cabinets. What we don’t love is that after paying an astronomical up charge for soft close doors and drawers, they don’t work. We worked with Ashley, who was recommended by out kitchen designer, and trying to get a response from her is impossible. We have tried multiple times with calls and just never seem to get a reply. I’d love to get my doors and drawers properly aligned and fixed so that they function in the way we paid for. Perhaps a manager or the store owner will see this review and have the decency to give me a call or have Ashley finally give us the service we paid for. We also were not informed of a stain color change in another set of cabinets we purchased. The finish is way darker than what we thought we were getting and I am very disappoint

This is our third time doing business with Closet Factory. The installer, Carlos,  brought our vision of customized cabinetry in four rooms to life. On day one, he kept an open line of communication on his arrival time and adhered to HOA rules.  He worked very clean and ensured there was no damage to the property. He juggles the task of easily hauling the material, his supplies, and cutting material.  The cabinets and shelves were cut precisely while being attentive to details and tailored for the locations. The outcome exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Cabinet Factory services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited the store to research options for a flooring update, specifically vinyl flooring. Robyn was incredibly informative and helpful, guiding us through the variety of colors, shades, and materials available—all at great prices. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the experience so much easier. While we were there, she went above and beyond by sharing fantastic tips for finding the perfect countertops and connecting us with the right person for the job. Outstanding service and selection,. Highly recommended!

Amazing company with amazing staff! Everyone is so polite. Mary is who I worked with to design my kitchen and order my materials. She is an amazing person who truly knows what she's doing. Cant thank Mary and the rest of cabinet factory enough!!! THANK YOU Cabinet factory team!
