Cabinetry by Better Bilt

I was fortunate to work with designer, Alex Sharpe. This was my first time being involved in a major home remodel, which included the kitchen and two full bathrooms. The process and the numerous choices to be made felt initially overwhelming. But Alex was always reassuring and worked with me to help narrow down choices for various cabinet styles, countertops, floor tiling, and hardware. He also paid attention to my budget which was much appreciated. My new kitchen appears open and the layout is now functional. I have ample counter-space to create scrumptious dishes and desserts for family and friends. Dysfunctional was an understatement when it came to our builder grade kitchen. After meeting with different companies and not finding the right design plan, we decided to book an appointment with Cabinetry by Better Bilt. So glad we did! Designer Alex Sharpe was easy to work with, listened to all the complaints we had about our kitchen, came up with different ideas and options for us, and created a beautiful and most importantly functional design plan for our new kitchen. It truly has made cooking and entertaining so much easier and so much more enjoyable! We have just completed a second project with CBB and couldn’t be happier. Our kitchen was finished last year and our master bath a few weeks ago so this is a review on both projects. Kitchen- we started working with a different company and were told we couldn’t have an island. There were so many problems with this other company including what we felt was going to be customer service issues that we scrapped the whole thing. I received three referrals from coworkers to try CBB and so glad I did. We were teamed up with a designer that is no longer there. She did a great job in helping us design our kitchen space and yes got an island. The designer left CBB as our project began and Andrea took over. I was so fortunate to find this company and, more specifically, Alex T, who did a fantastic job designing my new kitchen! We needed a new functional kitchen but kept the layout. The whole process was much better than we had expected. The installer Paul Carson was amazingly quick and efficient but also paid great attention to detail. Solid Surfaces Unlimited did beautiful quartz counters and backsplash and were also quick and efficient. The whole process was almost painless, and we are thrilled with our kitchen!

We were connected with Cabinetry by Better Bilt through a designer we were working with for our kitchen remodel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Andrea was so helpful and patient, we felt totally at ease working with her. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is beyond compare. We really can't say enough good things about Cabinetry by Better Bilt and the cabinets we received. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Andrea keeps in contact with us, months later, to make sure we are still enjoying the cabinets. On a personal note, they are also really caring people who worked around my timeline due to a medical issue. Even after several months of having the cabinets I am still in awe of the them!
