I have nothing but positive things to say about my oven repair experience with Mr. Appliance. Both technicians, Kevin and Ajay, were incredibly friendly, courteous, and very kind (fellow dog lovers, too!). Kevin handled the initial diagnosis, and Ajay returned for the final repair. The entire process was seamless: scheduling was quick, and the communication via text and email kept me updated throughout. I especially appreciated being sent a picture of the technician, Ajay, ahead of time—that was a first for me and a very cool touch! The cost of the repair was also very fair considering the price of the part and the two separate visits. Nick was our tech. He kept us in the loop on everything as he diagnosed what was wrong with our dishwasher and provided us a plan on how to fix. TRUST is huge these days in feeling comfortable that you are not being taken advantage off. Nick was great and very trustworthy. I will absolutely use this company again.

Very polite, professional, and respectful service. Everything explained and priced up front. No surprises. A part had to be ordered, which came quickly and they were able to come out the next day to finish the repair. From diagnosis to repair was only 4 days. Very satisfied.

Working with Mr. Appliance of Macomb was a great experience. Scheduling the appointment was easy with same day or next day service. AJ was great to work with and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with a high level of quality, Customer service, and product knowledge. I would definitely use them again!

Nick came to service our dishwasher and stuck with it until he was satisfied with the results. He was fantastic. Every interaction we’ve had from the office staff to the completion of the job has been 1st class.
