Papa's Refrigeration Service Co

I had a very disappointing experience with Papas. When I disputed a charge, the company responded by threatening legal action instead of working with me to resolve the matter. Thankfully, my credit card company and laywer reviewed the situation and reversed the charge, which says a lot. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on equipment and repairs with this company, they’ve lost a loyal, long-term customer. A business should honor its warranties, send qualified technicians, and treat its customers with professionalism. Threatening or intimidating customers is simply unacceptable.

We used them for our home in Clinton Township. Price was very fair and the guy was super professional Happy with our new furnace and ac. Highly recommend.

Looked at 3 pieces of equipment and couldn’t fix anything, loligagged around to milk the clock, spent actual time doing nothing and somehow claimed 1.5 hours of labor. What a JOKE

I called for service on a ice machine, I told by there dispatcher it would be 2 or 3 days before they could come out and they would call to confirm a time, and I would half to give them a charge card to even take the appointment on a $180.00 service call. The server man just show up unexpected with no heads up on when there coming. They diagnose a problem with the machine with our even looking at the part and said they would get back to us on the cost of repair. We waited for days for the quote to repair the machine as we never got it , so I called them and ask what's going on it been 4 days and we haven't heard anything as we are buying ice from a local store to operate. At this point I wasn't feeling confident in papa's so I called there competitor out to also look at the ice machine the
