Cabinets To Go

I have had the worst experience with this company and installation of my cabinets,poor customer service and the installer left my kitchen unfinished and they have not did anything to to rectify the problem the installer caused.. now I'm seeking legal counsel to get these problems fixed..Do not use this company for your kitchen needs you'll regret it

I was working on my kitchen remodel and the time has arrived to do my due diligence and find the right cabinets to complete the project. As we were searching to find the right cabinets we found Cabinets To Go and decided to give them a look. We walked into their Bolingbrook, Il location and met our sales representative Mr. Armando Garza. I planned on being there for 30 minutes and spent 3.5 hours talking and working on my plans for the new kitchen. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Garza. He was patient, informative, understanding of our needs, and most of all knowledgeable about the products they offer. Received exceptional customer service from both Heather and Jodi. Our cabinets look amazing! Went back and placed a second order for island. Kitchen is not yet fully finished but one thing is sure, Cabinets To Go is awesome!

Contacted Cabinets to go in early 2021 to get a quote on cabinets and Elizabeth Jessen reached out and sent me a follow-up e-mail but after that, I did not hear back from her until I reached out to customer service to find out why I never heard anything back from her. This was a bad sign so I put ordering my cabinets on hold for a while. After looking around I decided to give Cabinets to Go another try and once again worked with Elizabeth but this time she was responsive and got back to me in a timely fashion. I wonder if her attitude changed since and realized I was a serious buyer. I order my cabinets and was told about this outstanding warranty which sold me.
