Cabinets To Go

Beware! Do not use Cabinets To Go or their installation service. I have a small laundry room job consisting of only three cabinets total that was started the beginning of September and has not been completed. It is now December 15. Although they have a customer support department they are ineffective in getting my situation rectified I have numerous emails back and-forth, numerous times at home waiting when no one shows up and no explanation or phone call. This is the most horrific customer service I have ever experienced, and they appear to not care about completing my project. I could not be more dissatisfied. They also made me pay the full amount of the project upfront so they have no monetary interest in completing this for me. I feel now my only recourse is to resort to small claims c

I had the best experience with Cabinets To Go. They were able to meet my budget needs and deliver an extremely fast turnaround time. Working with Justin was awesome. He drew out the kitchen design and got me a quote on the fly and continued to follow-up very promptly with subsequent flooring and countertop quotes requested. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding for the price. The customer service here is top-notch. I am beyond satisfied!!

Cabinets to Go in Scarborough was a great choice for me when I decided to renovate my tiny kitchen! Keane was super patient with my never-ending questions as we designed the “butler’s pantry” to make the most of a small corner space and maximize storage. He was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice on color options. I was able to redo all the cabinets in my kitchen in an affordable way. I highly recommend Keane and his team in Scarborough!

These guys rock!! Right from the start the process was easy. These guys know what they are doing. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable and open to ideas. They designed our kitchen in minutes exactly how we wanted. Customer service is amazing to work with. We had a couple warranty claims that were answered and resolved in less then 24 hours. We liked them so much that we went back for pantry cabinets!! The building process wasn’t hard at all. Very easy to put together. Dove tail drawers, solid plywood construction and soft close hinges and sliders make these cabinets a GREAT DEAL! Thank you for all the help!!!
