HORRIBLE customer service!! Do NOT buy natural stone here!! Purchased quartzite after being guaranteed it would be a great option for our kitchen counters and less than a year later we have horrible ring marks, etching, hazing. This company will not do anything to help fix the problem. They said “that’s what you get from natural stone sometimes.” I’m sorry but I didn’t realize I was rolling the dice with $12k worth of stone. I did my research prior to deciding on quartzite, NEVER once did someone tell me “it may be a good option, it may not be”. I just was always told it’d a great material for kitchens. I trusted this company, paid for a premium product, and now I’m stuck with horrible looking counters and a HORRIBLE company who won’t help their customers out. Don’t let them steal your m

Excellent service and great selection of stone to choose from. Mo, who works the front desk is a great asset for Omicron. She provided friendly and competent service. Even though our cabinets were delayed, she held the slab for a little bit longer. They have some beautiful stone slabs to choose from.

My husband and I purchased an absolutely gorgeous piece of granite for our master bathroom along with two types of wall tile from Omicron at prices that were terrific! We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from the entire staff or the materials that we bought from them. In a couple of days I will post pictures of my bathroom on their site for everyone to see just how wonderful the products and prices are at Omicron!

Omicron has been one of our suppliers for a several years and they have always been pleasant to work with. If i ever need anything I don't hesitate to call and I know they will take care of us. They are a wonderful establishment and I love working with their team.They also have some of the best stones to choose from!

It was the team at Omicron that made purchasing granite for our kitchen such a great experience. When the type of granite I wanted was not available, Nick went above and beyond to have sent from another location. Definitely recommend!
